4 Gift acceptance from Cities Today Institute [(2026-00994)](https://lims.minneapolismn.gov/File/2026-00994) Passage of Resolution accepting donation from Cities Today Institute for Kelsey Fogt, Interim Transportation Planning Manager, to attend the City Leadership Forum on Mobility in Peachtree Corners, GA, October 21-22, 2026.  - 5 Contract amendment for the First Avenue South Reconstruction Project [(2026-01005)](https://lims.minneapolismn.gov/File/2026-01005) Authorizing an increase to Contract COM0011310 with Thomas and Sons Construction, Inc. in the amount of $209,545.16 for a total amount not to exceed $8,869,994.16, for additional work necessary to complete the 1st Avenue South Reconstruction Project, all in accordance with City specifications. - 6 Contract amendment for the 42nd Street Intersection Safety Improvements Project [(2026-00987)](https://lims.minneapolismn.gov/File/2026-00987) Authorizing an increase to Contract COM0011315 with Thomas and Sons Construction, Inc. in the amount of $207,574 for a total amount not to exceed $1,721,815.50, for additional work necessary to complete the 42nd St Intersection Safety Improvements, all in accordance with City specifications. - 7 Bid for ADA Pedestrian Ramp Installation [(2026-01001)](https://lims.minneapolismn.gov/File/2026-01001) Accepting the low bid of Standard Sidewalk Inc. submitted on Event 4160, in the amount of $173,493, to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for the ADA Pedestrian Ramp Installation citywide, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications. - Authorizing an increase to Contract COM0005343 with Vinco, Inc., in the amount of $600,000 for a new total amount not to exceed $12,067,136, for Catch Basin and Maintenance Hole Repairs. - 11 Commercial and multifamily energy disclosure repeal ordinance [(2026-00968)](https://lims.minneapolismn.gov/File/2026-00968) Setting a public hearing for the September 24, 2026, Climate & Infrastructure Committee meeting to consider an ordinance amending Title 3, Chapter 47 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Air Pollution and Environmental Protection: Energy and Air Pollution, repealing Section 47.190 entitled “Commercial and multifamily residential building rating and disclosure.” -
