(dba GovRAMP), for a term of three (3) years, Oct 1, 2026, through Sep 30, 2029, with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year terms or one (1) additional two-year term, to provide a standardized approach to evaluating cloud service provider cybersecurity practices. Action Taken: Approved - 3 Contract amendment with Perceptyx, Inc. for the MyMinneapolis Employee Engagement Survey [(2026-00985)](https://lims.minneapolismn.gov/File/2026-00985) Authorizing an increase to contract COM0004501 with Perceptyx, Inc., in the amount of $116,936.10 for a total not to exceed amount of $382,436.10, and an extension through Dec 31, 2028, for continued services for the MyMinneapolis Employee Engagement Survey. Action Taken: Approved - 4 Contract amendment with Starlims Corporation for the support and maintenance of the City’s Laboratory Information Management System [(2026-00996)](https://lims.minneapolismn.gov/File/2026-00996) Authorizing an increase to contract C-34067 with Starlims Corporation, in the amount of $70,673.39, for a new not-to-exceed total of $609,569.67, and an extension for an additional three (3) years through Oct 27, 2029, for the support and maintenance of the City’s Laboratory Information Management System (“STARLIMS”), and updating certain terms and conditions to reflect current standards.
