[0:08] After years of neighbors [0:09] asking to reconnect Nicollet, [0:11] which was blocked by the old Kmart site, [0:13] a transformation has begun. [0:16] It’s really exciting. [0:17] We're opening up the street [0:18] and paving the way for a fresh start [0:20] on this 10-acre site, [0:22] bringing new affordable homes, [0:23] space for small businesses [0:25] and nonprofit services, [0:26] and room to play. [0:28] Just being able to bring that community [0:29] towards us. [0:30] I think accessibility is always [0:32] a good thing [0:33] for strollers, for wheelchairs, [0:35] for bikes. [0:36] Community voices [0:37] have shaped this work from the start, [0:38] and they'll continue [0:39] to guide the steps ahead. [0:41] We're extremely excited.
