[0:08] This is not the first instance [0:10] of horrific treatment. [0:11] They are lifting people off the street, [0:13] detaining them [0:15] for no other reason [0:16] other than the fact that they look like [0:17] they're Somali [0:18] or they look like they're Latino. [0:19] And they are creating danger, [0:21] where they claim to be creating safety. [0:23] This happened [0:23] because the way that ICE is conducting [0:26] themselves is not constitutional. [0:28] When people come [0:29] for our immigrant community, [0:30] our country is made up of immigrants [0:32] and we stand by them. [0:33] We are the ones that are responsible [0:35] to try and get in the middle of that [0:37] and try and keep the peace. [0:38] We are anti-crime. [0:39] We are pro-safety. [0:40] We're also pro-abiding [0:42] by the Constitution, [0:43] which this administration is not doing. [0:45] You want to make a big deal [0:46] about an F-bomb. [0:47] Let's make a big deal [0:48] about our Constitution. [0:49] Of course I stand by what I said. [0:51] Get ICE out of this city. [0:52] If I'm going [0:52] whether the F-bomb is [0:54] the inflammatory piece here [0:55] or the killing of a civilian, [0:57] I think it's the killing of the civilian. [0:59] This is our moment [1:00] to stand up and do the right thing. [1:01] We're going to be an example [1:02] for other cities [1:03] throughout the country. [1:04] The way that [1:05] our law enforcement in Minneapolis [1:07] are conducting [1:08] is going to be fair and righteous. [1:10] And for anybody that's watching, [1:11] you're a part of this too.
