[0:16] And he said, [0:16] ‘We're going to take you into Bishop [0:18] Henry all the way in Bloomington.’ [0:19] I did my fingerprints [0:20] and they finally let me go. [0:22] They said ‘No, [0:22] you have to walk in the snow.’ [0:23] Eventually, my parents came [0:25] and picked me up. [0:26] Our residents deserve better [0:27] from the federal government. [0:28] Random efforts [0:29] in which individuals [0:31] who are being stopped [0:32] because they appear to be Latino [0:34] or because they appear to be [0:36] Somali is wrong. [0:37] What happened to me [0:38] was unjust, uncalled for. [0:40] Were demanding accountability. [0:41] immediate changes on how these operations [0:44] are being carried out. [1:35] We can't become accustomed to this. [1:37] This cannot be normalized. [1:39] he took me on the other side of Cedar, [1:41] and they kept him there for 45 minutes. [1:43] And I asked them. [1:44] told me you didn't take me back to Cedar [1:46] where you picked me up. [1:47] I feel like I was getting assaulted. [1:48] I was being kidnaped, [1:49] there's a lot of other people in our city [1:51] and around the country [1:52] who've had very similar experiences. [1:55] I simply team downstairs from upstairs
