[0:00] The EV Spot Network program has had tremendous  impact on Minneapolis communities. We have 32   [0:06] charging hubs across the city providing public  charging, as well as access to an electric car   [0:13] share called the Evie Carshare network. Since 2022  when the program launched, users have seen over   [0:19] $30 million in transportation savings. We've seen  over 355,000 trips taken in the city with this   [0:26] combination of programs, particularly important  for those that are living in rental properties   [0:30] that live in multi-family housing where they  don't have access to the EV charging or possibly   [0:35] even a vehicle. Almost half of these are in  lower income neighborhoods. And by the way,   [0:39] that's by design. Being sustainable and  climate friendly is not just a thing for   [0:45] the wealthy. Seven of the 32 charging hubs  already exist in our environmental justice   [0:50] communities and that will continue to  be top priority. Next year we're going   [0:53] to be expanding the network with up to four new  hubs. Most of them right here on the North Side.
