أما ما نتطلع إليه في هذا الموقع فهو مساحة خضراء مفتوحة ومرحبة، ومساحة عامة ستكون نموذجاً فريداً من نوعه للنقل العام في ولايتنا بأكملها وفي منطقة الغرب الأوسط العلوي. لا توجد أمثلة كثيرة كهذه في مينيسوتا أو منطقة الغرب الأوسط العلوي. لذا، هذا مشروع مثير للغاية تقوم به مينيتونكا.
