31 were added the second item for your consideration on the agenda is for item 5B which is section B advisor's recommended values number two was moved to number 30 of part A the attachment for number menona local Board of appeal and Equalization I'd like to first take a moment to thank the assessing staff and our advisers who served as during our review P review period this local board properties appearing on part A of the agenda have been reviewed by City assessing staff and their recommendations are listed properties appearing on Part B of the agenda were referred to the advisers for review at the April 8th local board meeting the advisers visited the properties on April 11th 2024 and their recommendations are listed on the agenda for tonight's meeting we do need to read the appeals by address and recommended value into the record if any of the homeowners are here they may speak and the advisers are here to answer any questions for those listed on Part B all properties listed on this agenda as well as the April 8th local board agenda will be notified of the local board's decision following the meeting along with information regarding the County Board of appeal and
