It's an old tradition to have a chaplain. I know the police department has one in the community, and the resources that it brings to internal and external customers, I think is going to be hard to measure, and I know Terrence does a lot of that already.
One of the things that staff has negotiated with the school relative to the turf field is that we were able to construct a big parking lot. It gets used very heavily during football games and hockey and things of that nature, where it's packed full. During the day from Monday through Friday during the school year, it doesn't get used very much. So one of the things staff has negotiated with the school is the use of a large number of those spaces at the Trottston parking lot by students, just like the school sells parking passes to high schoolers.
The other big piece, and I think Duran and his team will appreciate this. The other piece that the school will be responsible for is all the snow plowing and removal for the entire year. And we've estimated that, I believe, around $60,000 roughly for the city for receiving that service from the school.
