again and the bad news is that about 99.99 uh calling right to order we'll go to the agenda first does anyone have any um additions to the agenda i have none no i'm good with it all right and actually let's i i don't see everyone what can i do uh foreign is um is um foreign foreign um um um is uh um um um um um um um um is is oh um um um um a single um to uh is is is um um oh um um is uh um uh um um um um um um which is um um um foreign is the party is located at mid block between uh road and strawberry is is um um is um um um um so i understand the apple is i think is um is [Music] okay uh is all right um [Music] create a socializing area in front of their homes to marie is if this was patio instead of attacking need to be requested uh um whatever you just look for us um um i guess right yeah i guess um you know section two says all three musketeers topography in the back to push it way up create um is um sharing earlier we didn't really look at confirming the deck terrorist pattern where everyone wanted to try this comparison a part of the issue there you can see there's a protruding bay window uh between the front tree house and the garage a conforming deck would be basically halfway and that would basically be about a 30 strip of belty seating um as an android patio that necessitated the complete construction of a sphere that was authorizing further should be able to uh recreate so looking that's uh all right very much um uh is philosophical difference to uh process whether uh rules or rules or whether it is process or people who consider reasonable requests are successful right that will move into label called votes approval of experience uh um um um so um the incoming mayor will have their hands full with um the joint course greatness overall both the their chief and the police chief generation budget both of them are accepted for 2021 and those are the main things that's unrecovered all right so one question i have if you can answer it uh if we're paying 40 or 50 of our police and buyer does our population reflect that same amount are we getting the deal are we overpaid um the fire budget is on tax capacity and on the police budget um i believe well um based on population so uh we do 50 percent of police and then 40 percent of on fire um it's been some time since um the joint powers were looked at and it's contractual there are certain times that you can renegotiate that but certainly all building activity and cells here i think there's a lot of questions about um you know the amount of time that's spent in each city the type of calls that fire's going on the type of um calls that police are going out on any center time so we have um very i think contrary people both and um i think there's a conversation to be ensued um with the other cities about um a fair balance contains three factors its population capacity and incident calls in your city for the operation side the the debt service side is based entirely on tax capacity four member cities assembly thanks understand the police courts i don't follow the funding as closely as the fire department that's always next meeting at the next meeting so far we have a very inspiration i will also be setting up a meeting shortly to um have an informal discussion on violence at this point i'm trying to be able to open with it um would you like um rising during their time obviously all right well let's uh let's finish up this meeting is there anything else we've forgotten we moved to government i'd like to get something calendared for bring things august and september covered so you're looking for more liaisons as we speak the october meeting is on the 6th of october and the state council meeting is on the 26th okay looks like i have november then all right so now you're taking october correct that's taken november yeah okay august december after that by september and december thank you show y'all next week to uh meet him in person and the meeting that you will need to attend would be meeting on the 24th 24th thank you mr great all right [Laughter] [Music] distance
