next item would be a public hearing there is none tonight number five is reports in presentations also none tonight purge and planning both have not met since our last meeting so there is no items on those so we move on to number eight which is engineering Public Works letter a is accepting proposal for to prepare a feasibility study for Smithtown Pond City project 20-0 7 and we have a memo former city engineer mr. buddy Thank You mayor and council the city has completed the western shore drainage study and it largely focused on one of the main elements being Smithtown pond and in the attached screenshot here you could see where that is located generally just south of Smithtown pond and kind of pinched between the regional trail through there the city had home purchased that property a few years back and what what this area does is it allows us to much better propagate stormwater through the area generally associated with the Strawberry Elaine project but also kind of expanding out a little bit further from that and it allows us to provide the treatment that will be necessary as part of the Strawberry Lane Street reconstruction and trail project that we will discuss on the next agenda item but so we have to provide stormwater treatment for that this pond location also allows adequate storage to really reduce stream flow rates that are occurring in the Grant lorenz channel that that flows to the north and ultimately down to Lake Minnetonka as part of this project because it's a very close proximity we are including including a piece of improving the outlet of Freeman Park pond that is just located on the opposite side of the parcel highlighted in blue there and thus this was another item that was identified in the western shore drainage study that could see some improvement the preparation of the feasibility study and premiere preliminary engineering will allow us to better refine the proposed scope of the work it'll include topographic survey of the area identify any necessary easement needs it will evaluate the soil conditions by getting soil borings and will complete wetland delineation x' we will refine the project scope and cost estimate associated with that and after the preparation of the feasibility study we will have a public meeting so that we can gather additional feedback from residents and allow them to provide additional comment at that point the city would then choose if they would like to continue forward with the project and move towards final design the costs of these two pieces of the project which includes the Smithtown Pond and Freeman Park outlet is estimated in the city's CIP to be just north of three million dollars as part of the project we're proposing to put a small sigma trail on that property that would connect Smithtown Road with the Hennepin County Regional Rail Trail going through there that trail segment really serves two purposes one just to to make that connection that it also is functional for the city works to be able to get access to and the infrastructure that will be built as part of the ponds project so all of the above and so those two items together total three million two hundred and twenty thousand dollars that is proposed in the city state budget and these projects are projects that would get built in 2021 the preparation of the feasibility study or proposal as I described before is estimated to be about sixty thousand dollars and so with that I will leave it up to any questions that the council they have all right thank you any questions from the council mr. mayor a question go ahead Chris I'm just curious about the $5,000 for the median it's public input and communication section what do you envision that to be and that question is kind of referring specifically to how we have items broken out in our proposal the meetings public input and communications is is going to include preparing information to present the feasibility study at the meeting we will and have been meeting with residents sometimes in an effort to be able to meet with those residents and then also through the process notifying residents if they're sending out communications to be able to notify them of future meetings that's generally how that is broken out I guess I would just say it will you use the communications capabilities at the setting yes we have been working in in hand with Julie on all of these projects so far and I do rely on her for and I guess it's been project-by-project but she has been sending out proofing and sending out most of the mailings and notifications that we have had so yes we are utilizing her for a lot of it but we still have staff that helps put together the communication materials associated with it some of the mailings and the fliers and the presentations maybe a question to directed at great if I could plan one Greg it near experience is that a a reasonable fee it feels high to me I think that's been about the amount that that was B had inhibition and a good point too so we've been working on preparing some videos where a stock and specific that will be used to market these these and I'm anticipating that some of those funds will be coming from there as well okay thank you you know Chris to your point having been through a couple of these in-depth public open houses which i think is our preferred way of doing them Larry you can correct me if I'm wrong but for Riviera Lane especially on Glen Road you know we staffed with multiple people they take quite some time and then digesting everything that's heard of these names yeah that's true Patrick thank you I know it you know that we've got our communications department but we do rely on on these folks to do a lot more okay but we always you know we have a fiduciary responsibility so it it's never bad to get in depth on the fees so my question is an old song so to speak so watershed districts have we and chat with them is there any chance of partnerships specifically financial on some of this I know they'll be involved because the type of mom on soil that's going to be disturbed but have we had an opportunity to sit down and have a meeting with them we did meet with them as part of the overall Western short drainage study and this was one particular project that did get a fair amount of dialogue I believe their stance on contributing additional funding is if we do treatment above and beyond what is already required by the permitting process then we would potentially be eligible for additional funding from them to help offset some of that cost believe that was their their position on that and I mean we'll go ahead and Larry I'm sorry that's correct for Gideon Glen did we go above and beyond what was required by the permit Barry's probably the only one who could answer that you know getting Glenn the above and beyond the part that was above and beyond was really the wildflower plantings and the watershed district actually perpetual maintenance of that in for duty so they're they're on the hook for that already which is significant because just about every year they come in and have restorations and all the plantings are doing they called burn and na they come back and evaluate as well so well I know it's too early for a feasibility study but if we can do some of the keep the educational elements that our and Gideon's going you know it's you don't often see a lot of people going through getting Glynn but it is quite nice and if this could be a high more high traffic version at the same that's a good idea after somewhere we can tie any type of demonstration demonstration areas into the project or something that would get some support from the watershed that would be a good idea to explore and we will we will explore those options as part of the feasibility study yeah I know we've talked about about this at length and this has been covered in a work session I want to commend staff for their change of sequencing based on counsel and put it was well expedited well executed I'm prepared to make a motion I know I see several of my neighbors on here as well so I don't know what's most 8 B which is accepting a proposal to prepare a feasibility study for Strawberry mean reconstruction and Trail City project 1905 mr. Boddy all right thank you again may your in council this proposal for a feasibility study is actually right next door and somewhat tied into the previous one that we just discussed for Smithtown pond so Strawberry Lane the Strawberry Lane project would include reconstruction of strawberry Lane from Smith Town Road down to the South border of the city limits at West 62nd Street it would include full reconstruction and urbanization so adding curb and gutter to it and then also the addition of a sidewalk or trail along one side of the roadway as part of that project we would also it's also proposed to add water main from which is currently at just south of the Hennepin County Regional Rail Trail and it would extend that up to Smithtown Road and tie in today and that would provide a looped connection then within the city the the current roadway is only about 24 feet wide with rural ditches and the pavement condition is not in great shape right I believe right now according to the pavement index it rates as at a 5 and over the next two years despite that to decrease so it is right at the appropriate time to really reconstruct the roadway and do major improvements along with all of the roadway improvements water main and trail we are going to extensively hone in on any drainage improvements that we can do there the western shore would drainage study did a very high-level view and we have some preferred alignments for stormwater piping and maybe major trunk lines that will ultimately route that water to the Smithtown pond for treatment and rate control but as part of this project as I've looked at and met with residents along this a lot of the drainage actually extends out to Cathcart Road on the west excuse me Cathcart Drive on the west side includes all forward Oaks on the south side and really down to West 62nd Street on the south side so it's a pretty large watershed a lot of residents have already reached out to me about drainage concerns and I've met with them and I intent anticipate meeting with a number a number more of them as we go through this process the preparation the feasibility study will will include topo soil borings a very thorough drainage analysis that will help identify some of these low spots some of these nuisance spots and our goal is obviously to provide a solution to all of these but going through this feasibility study will help us understand better kind of some of the financial impacts of solving everyone's problems versus setting up the project so that it focuses on strawberry lane but then also allows it to potentially propagate drainage through the area identify to benefit it and I know there's a couple of low areas over by Cathcart and on the end of maple Maple Lane that we may we may be able to solve as part of this but we'll come up with a solution for it it may or may not be included in this project scope so with that some of the financial considerations is there's actually three separate line excuse me four separate line items that are identified in the CIP that are grouped together as part of this project the first one is in 2021 we have the strawberry lane right away acquisition and so the intent is that widening out strawberry Lane to meet the city state street section and the addition of a support rail will require easements acquisition largely through the entire corridor of strawberry Lane then kind of depending on the drainage evaluation and drainage results it may require some additional change until the easements to help ensure that the city can can solve some of those drainage issues that are out there the next item of the CIP is in 2021 which included a part of the western short drainage study which is the drought basically the Strawberry Lane drainage north it includes a trunk line it includes I think that's north of the regional trail and ultimately drains out to Smithtown pond another specific line item was strawberry Lane drainage south and so this looks at solving any of the drainage issues south of the regional trail down to West 62nd Street and it expands kind of east and west and then the line item for just the reconstruction of strawberry Lane itself which is full reconstruction water main end the trail sidewalk or trail and all four items of those the total budget amount is four million six hundred and thirty three thousand dollars and all of that includes option estimates and project development costs such as south caster instruction administration at this point we have a firm grasp on the amount of we don't have an a very in the feasibility process for anticipating at that hundred fifty thousand dollars though does does cover that budget so with that I will leave it up to any questions that the council may have all right Thank You mr. body any questions from the council my comments would be ditto to the earlier one I'm just excited that we're finally at this stage and I'm anxious to push this ahead and the communications piece will be similar or will be tied to the Smithtown pond communications as well since they're kind of hand-in-hand we do itemize a specific communications number in this feasibility proposal for $10,000 again it's a lot of specific meeting with residents individually one-on-one to help understand what their problems are is really a large baulkham of what that's going to go to as Meg mentioned creating some of the videos and and part of that too so there is a I agree that is a pretty high number but I think part of a part of it is is really being able to meet with and understand concerns from the residence is really going to help make this successful and doing this upfront as part of the feasibility stage is going to kind of speak volumes versus doing it too late in the process I'd like to just agree with you you're you're right I mean so my questions about communications have nothing to do with the value of they're very important and our community needs that kind of information so thank you and as a resident of this area I can say that residents have already received communication on this project and included in the communication was an orange slip to fill out to provide your email and cell phone number to be used by our communication system so the process as intended is working thus far okay I hate there no more questions or comments I would look next item is nine general new business letter A is the Galpin Lake Road Trail resolution and we have a memo from our city administrator mr. LaRue new servants and accounts members at the last two council meetings we heard from an effort of an effort by residents along Galpin Lake Road to seek outside funding material that would connect the Sun to the sidewalk in Chanhassen inedited highway 7 the track provide convenient safe access for residents to cross and get into Excelsior in 2013 the city prepared a feasibility report for trail and the cost was significantly higher on a linear foot basis than other trail segments being considered at the time the expenses related to mitigating wetland impacts minimizing impact on Yelp and Lake and navigating the narrow right-of-way a cell from highway 7 staff has spoken with the BLT in Hennepin County about their assistance on more than one occasion and this year staff requested that be included in the state bonding bill now the residents laryngitis on this issue the council stated they would like to support their efforts and resolutions been drafted for that support if passed tonight I will reach out to both senator Osmond represented Morrison tomorrow for the upcoming special session and if it is not front of this year they will continue to work toward that and the pain outside assistance for the project in addition I have asked the city engineer to look at this as a possible safe routes to school grant application the city of Excelsior school district and Hennepin County would be potential partners on that project and with that I will answer any questions you have - Greg any questions from the council just a suggestion for those residents in the area who are looking at this improvement it's it's very helpful if you call your legislators and let them know that you really want them to work on trying to help with this funding so I presume that area is both Ozma can Morrison so Senator Boozman representative Orson yes that's correct thank you Greg and I had a discussion on this I thought it was important to kind of add a little more weight to what the neighborhood is doing as I said before this is an important link for not only for Shore woods but for the community since most of them will probably walk into Excelsior so it only seems fitting that we not by the highway divide our community and our city a pedestrian standpoint so it's again it is being it's something that's being used as a unsafe crossing right now so I really think we owe it to our residents to make though get these improvements done so we can't do it without the state's help really so I appreciate it well I agree and I like the fact that mr. Lord the next item is 9 B which is colvett 19 reopening policies and we have a memo from Greg as well on this that mayors ribbon City Council members follow in the state of Minnesota and in response to the carbon 19 health emergency a merchant came to Mary shoot emergency declaration 20-0 one that spelled out the city's response they're trying to slow the spread of the virus the Becker declaration closed City Hall and other city facilities of public has we have changed how meetings and work was done since that time the governor's issued executive orders they began to lessen the code with 19 restrictions and last Friday the mayor issued executive declaration 20-0 to which recognize some of those loosening restrictions resolution before the council tonight will a firm that emergency declarations as well as approve the policies that were attached to it when requirements for opening is that City as a preparedness plan in place to detail the city's Paul says when reopening he paired the preparedness plan in the agendas based on the template provided by the state and it has been modified for the city's use staff has reviewed this over the past couple of weeks and I don't know who did not plan to go through it in detail but would be happy to answer any questions we have the biggest change if the resolution is approved as City Hall and the community centers for all its park spaces will be opened up beginning tomorrow as restrictions from the state continue to be lifted or tightened staff will evaluate and make further recommendations to the council and with that I will answer any questions you may have thank you very consoling any questions have a question Greg without naming names are there any members of staff who have indicated that they do not feel comfortable coming into the office or to City Hall no we've had some people who have not worked at City Hall during this time we are putting physical improvements in that will keep the social distancing yeah they've not heard that anyone is reluctant to come in and they know that they are able to tell me good to hear good question question are we doing any testing of the folks coming into the building by testing you know there was something discussed we decided not to because the temperature for one is a snapshot in time you can be asymptomatic and not have a temperature now the virus and number two it puts staff in very close proximity to people coming into the building so for those reasons we did not get it well that seems contrary to partment of Health recommends for for most you know public facilities it would seem because there are ways to do the temperature without being close and and it's not the be-all end-all but it is you know a consideration just to to make sure you're not inadvertently bringing it in and I recognize it it doesn't catch everything but this is a council policy if that is something that could also would like us to do we will accommodate them well I guess I keeping you all safe and comfortable too so I would hurt or what your guys's wishes are not try to impose them I can tell you this when we did discuss this as a staff and for those reasons we also do let's at this point not take that step it is certainly something we could implement you know in a relatively short period of time but again it was it was the number of staff available and then they have to come around the counter cake the Templin go back around the counter take off the gloves the mask and it's the terms logistics we want a table out in front of the front counter so there is separation all the way public works tomorrow morning we'll be installing that plexiglass shield across the frontage so we will have some physical barriers in place to mitigate the misprint yeah I don't want to hold up three opening I had in to enter my first building that I would call a public building on Saturday and as a part of walking in there their system was pretty slick which was it was some sort of a tablet that had a app that you simply looked into the apps camera and it immediately did a quick temperature read and just said very loudly okay or not okay I was okay and you could enter in I'm assuming those devices are probably not something that would be easy or make sense for the city but if we could do a little research as to what that type of a system might cost you know if it's if it's a $200 device and $100 app and that's gonna keep you guys with another level of safety I would be for it I'm going for that tomorrow and I can tell you which building if you want to research it yeah has there been any discussion great amongst staff about Steph's level of comfort having people enter City Hall with versus without face masks face masks are recommended by this policy and again there was something we talked about we talked about providing the masks this we're not aware of a lot of places that do that right now it's I think you have to bring your own in again if that is something the city counts would like us to do we're happy to do it the contact is not very long generally you know it's walking in say the water bill down and we can you know it isn't like we're driving a cart going throughout the store so in that regard to the content for the most part is very minimal we still trying to do stuff outside the building as well right now we kind of leave you building permits outside buckthorn and polar is taking care of outside all these things are done without personal contact and with Anjan to do it so a lot of ways we've tried to make sure that people do not need to come into City Hall and listening dude yeah I would say probably and my experience is walking up and down the trail and seeing people I haven't seen for a month the face mask issue is probably the most polarizing but as certainly as I would encourage any member of the public who's going to be entering City Hall out of the respect for everybody to wear a mask I don't think it would be very cost prohibitive to provide a masks in a ziplock bag or something like that I know that's what Costco is doing if you walk into Costco they require a mask and if you don't have a mask they hand you one in a ziploc bag I don't think that would be very cost prohibitive and I think that might be a nice gesture if someone just showed up and they realized they forgot their masks they might you know be glad to put it on yeah and if we could print a message on them like a piece that would be good too I'm just kidding Greg I sent you a link on something I just found real quick I'm sure you'll find others the one thing I was thinking is maybe there's something works when you enter the staff area you know if it's a visitor that's going into the staff area not just a lobby but if that maybe that's a point where we do a temperature check or something I don't know well we have closed off the back area the only place that the public were available to me with staff is actually in the council chamber so large conference room and small conference room we're going to be off limits so we can practice that distance even back but but we will check into these masks oh and then my final question which is kind of a selfish one is when does councils start meeting together in person again we've we started having that conversation here I don't unless didn't know the limitation on the social distancing gets expanded it's gonna be difficult to hold a meeting that is open to the public with the council president having said that we've talked about what does what can we do in the council chambers to make it so the entire council and staff meet in that room and how to incorporate zoom them so the public can participate so I'm hoping that we work through that in the next month and maybe starting in July we're having meetings where a Care Council is at the building and the public is participating by advisor keeping it anonymous throwing one idea out there is just reaching out to every council member and every staff member and just saying you know how comfortable are you meeting in person just so that we're not all Sun forcing somebody to participate something they're not comfortable with yeah I think that would be something worth researching if you know in the past video attendance has not counted as a quorum so if partial Council meets in person but some of the council members may not feel comfortable coming in person can we do a split group half-and-half or whatever and still have a couple forum yep absolutely and you know it could be not necessarily flipping the switch maybe it's a gradual increase it's three president than it's four present and and now some staff is coming to the meeting before so right it could evolve Tim I know you're sitting in front of where I usually sit so I'm very jealous but has the League of Minnesota cities given any guidance on this okay thanks well with that I will make a motion to approve the emergency Brown and Public Works Committee members of the council the Public Works crew is work continues to work on flush water meetings on the western part of sugar would add a steering completion so we're almost done the other thing that's going on is striping has started today so crews that started I'm sorry the strengthen crew has started putting down deep boxy beam which is our higher male waste I suspect there will be a lag between pottsy paints and the latex beam and our lower volume roadways but the process has started I'll also report that we held held a pre-construction conference works rough project today it's anticipated that the contractor will be on site in about two to three weeks work if they had clear weather it would be seven working days so we're working with them to shuffle equip around as needed and go from there so meeting all right thank you I'm seeing kind of two themes on SeeClickFix lately Larry the first is trees and the second has continued snowplow damage repair can you give us an update on where those items are trees will be an ongoing issue we've because of the number of trees that we have as community that's that time going soaring we could continue to work with residents on that similar quite a grouping of snowplow damage we will continue to chip away at those so when do you think you'll be using the hot cash to repair the curb cuts well what we normally do and then in the year as we in this new year we go out and give the real steering Buster's and we we typically move to water main flushing and sweeping the streets we start with back to pothole patching we try and take care of all the potholes before we start on that asphalt curb issues that fall stores still under the season because everybody is affected by the bottles John all right thank you mister buddy I have nothing tonight Joe nothing for finance sandy nothing tonight things all right Greg Marie first oh i'm sorry Marie why I think I skipped her last time yeah well that's cuz you've fallen off my little list of my little videos thumbnails here sorry Marie we're continuing to make progress on badger Park the final details so last Friday the conk the last piece of concrete and some curb repair work was finished and grille was installed outside the park shelter and at this point I think we're down to electrical work in the shelter and then the stonework around the bases of the pillars and then that project will be finished that's great are we gonna do a ribbon-cutting I think we'll need to yes yeah or a balloon launch or something I don't know whatever is appropriate that's great nice work thank you so much for that and also we'd like to let you know that our parking recreation directed by Allegro that's put together a park packet to begin working again with the Parks Commission so though the first the first the park course for the summer will not be the typical or we all go around together it'll be more individual individual Park tours and then we'll meet at the first meeting which we are assuming will be in July to discuss our next our next plans for Park projects great all right thank you Greg yes I reached out to the city of an interest in advance of the plan produce tree project out there this summer with the proposal from the sea that was long lines we discussed last March I heard back from the administrator that the council accepted them what we propose to do was to do a pre inspection of the miniature roadways and then a post inspection of the roadways will document the condition of the road and there are some failures that happen after work is done they will be replaced as part of the project our inspector of alma mater will be doing that inspection on our behalf and their engineer and a cohort structure will also participate so you know requested they have is that those roads and Bank on roads and they requested that that me relate him to their put into the spec I did contact a TIA all right thank you and mr. Keane all right counsel Patrick nothing further Patrick do you think you could give maybe a little statement or some insight into the Excelsior City Council meeting that you I've never felt so put on the spot and where did I put my sticky that I wrote down okay one so during Excelsior's work session I think it was last Tuesday one of their topics was cooperation with Charlotte they had three or four items to talk about and Greg you were spot-on with every single one of them so if I missed something please help fill in but it was exactly those topics but the first one was Mary Lake you know we have asked them to I don't know what the right word is here but I'm gonna say collaborate with our plans for Mary Lake and the project that we want to do in the immediate near future after some back and forth they decided that it was something that they want to tackle as a council right now and it's something that they would rather put on their fall timeline so Greg they should have gotten back to you on that another major topic of conversation was about the potential Public Works you know are there ways that we could work more efficiently between our public works departments Greg what am I forgetting the other one was the annexation or miss the line so they're right now they're quite jagged in a lot of spaces and just please take a look at and have that conversation is it something you want to a the square up and make better than rather than four alleys and backyards yep and then the other one was access Lake Street you know right on the the eastern side of the shore would Yacht Club where the dredging company was operating there's actually a piece of property and I don't think anyone they at least didn't vocalize it but that particular property is actually half located in Excelsior and half located in Shorewood but there was some concerns that if there was ever development in that area where the dredging company operates that access would need to come through that West Lake Street area as opposed up over the trail so that was a large part of discussion the real outcome of the discussion and I'm not sure who all from Excelsior City Council knew that I was on there they all saw that I was on there and but at one point the mayor at the very end did say Thank You councilmember Johnson for joining and I saw a couple of faces perk up but one of the things that was talked about was doing kind of a subcommittee between Excelsior and Shorewood and probably would be something like four members from Council the mayor on both sides and one volunteer from both sides and I think it's pretty clear given my relationship with one of the councilmembers Dale Kushner and the discussions he and I have already had on some of these different things and then I know Todd Carlson and Scott has met previously and Greg and Kristy city administrative Excelsior have also met so the thought was maybe council members will meet first and then when it's appropriate polling city staff and that is my report thanks for the report I mean it's it's exciting that there's some discussion on some of these items for a long time I'm not sure what the outcome will be but it's good that we're talking about them so I appreciate you listening in and giving us that report so look forward to more discussions with them Jennifer the only real news I have is I attended the fire board meeting and at the very tail end of the meeting the chief showed us a very very cool looking face mask that says Excelsior Fire District and all members of the fire department spouses and they're hoping to have mayors and council members receive one of these masks for all the cities Earth so they're hoping to hand those out and I'll keep you posted I have the mass here and I will deliver them to you all right and and they really would like it if we would wear them around town yeah nice for them then but maybe this isn't a question for Jennifer maybe it's more for Greg or Marie but I know we have a couple of buildings that might be coming down has there been any discussion of another controlled burn training I'm not aware of any okay but the part of the agenda and that wasn't discussed at the last meeting okay all right Chris I've nothing to report I would just like to say I think it's very interesting the subcommittee between excels here and sure what I think I really think formalizing a relationship with them would be a very constructive step forward I know we all have informal conversations here but I think there's a lot to be gained by formalizing something so yeah my two cents worth there and I'm not trying to extend this meeting beyond what it needs to be but I will say you know Dale and I are both new to council granted I'm three years in so I can't play the newbie card anymore but I think that we carry less historical perspective and hearing some of the comments from some of the excelsior council members that talked about the history of the two organization of two councils working together maybe some voices that don't have that historical perspective might help but then again I'm obviously picking myself Patrick I do agree because it's it's always amazing how long memories can go if you know back and sometimes we just need to start fresh yeah I mean one of these topics that you know as they were discussing Mary Lake it was well we're not gonna give them this and tell me figure out something that they can do for us I mean that was clearly stated all right thank you the only thing I wanted to bring up or report is I've been contacted by a couple residents asking if Charlie was willing to make a response to the recent events after George Floyd's unfortunate demise and the riots that are going on I personally have talked to a couple people about it and and thought about it and I think it's something that really I believe should come from more than just Shorewood it would like to see it come from at least the four cities that are on the police department should the cities decide that that's appropriate so that is a step that I will be taking at the next police board meeting bringing that to the police board with some language and asking what their feelings are on it I'm certainly open to Shorewood council of course making you know a joint statement I just thought it'd be more powerful since our city share that one police force and more stronger voices for cities rather than one so that's my personal viewpoint I just wanted to share I'm not quite following can you explain a little bit more what the City of Eden Prairie and Minnetonka councils have issued statements condemning the violence and and calling for you know change and I have you know haven't read them completely but you know I think there is something there that might might mean want to be said violence on whose part police violence it's okay violence specifically on blacks yeah yeah well I'm not opposed to it one of the things that I have personally seen with some of these is people taking offense to sometimes word choice and receiving some backlash if you do not pick the right word every single day that becomes a difficult one is I will certainly seek your input should wordsmithing begin my pleasure but I can't promise to have the right answers I don't know what the right answers are they we're working we should work towards it
