I would recommend eliminating 3.6 six alto together and um eliminate any requirement of a planning commissioner to attend council meetings.
If you're not recommending that there be an amendment or additional research, then you've reviewed the bylaws and no changes and then there's no further action required.
I think when it comes to an application I would discourage it because we have such a defined process under the statute and under our code.
