I'll call our meeting to order. Uh, welcome everyone to the March 25th, 2025 city council meeting. I hereby meet call the meeting to order. Members of the public may attend the city council meeting in person or may watch and listen remotely by viewing the meeting on channel 8 WCTV and the city's website at weisetta.org/w. org/wectv public comment during the public forum and/or public hearing portions of the meeting may be provided in person or at the meeting in advance or by logging into the team's call and raising your hand during the public hearing. When your name is called in the meeting, you will be seen and heard in our council chambers and on the cable channel. You will be asked to unmute and then you may begin your comment. All public comments must include your full name and address. Before we move on to the next meeting, I would ask you all to stand for the pledge of allegiance if you are able. Pledge algiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Uh thank you. The next item on the agenda is uh roll call. Uh let the record reflect that all are present with a noted excused absence of council member Parkhill. I will note for the record that earlier this evening uh the council participated in a workshop and reviewed and discussed the following review of our short-term rental ordinance and provided staff guidance on uh future changes, potential changes to that. uh review of our public safety plan for police uh presence for the upcoming busy season in downtown Weisetta, plus a comprehensive review of our ordinances and fines and the review of a proposed citywide speed limit study. Um next item uh for us is to approve the agenda. Uh I need a motion to approve the agenda as is or would any council member like to make a change? I'll move to approve the agenda as outlined. And I'm just going to be a little bit more specific about this. I brought props. So, if you're here to speak on the public forum, uh you need to fill out uh a white card. If you're here to speak on an agenda item, which I think some of you are here to speak on the subdivision um application, you need to fill out a blue card and give it to staff. and then you'll be heard during that uh point in the meeting. So um so again if you are coming to the uh dis you need to state your name, address and indicate if you're representing a group and limit your comments to 3 minutes. Um if it's something you wish to speak about that is on the agenda. Uh again fill out that that form that I referenced earlier or uh raise your hand on Zoom and let staff know that you want to be heard at uh the agenda item.
