Curtis Thompson, Finance Director Perry Solheim, and City Engineer Jeffrey Domras.

amended agenda. With all in favor, the agenda was approved.

## ConsentAgenda–InmotionbyPettis,secondedbySharstrom,ResolutionNo.2026–88entitled
“ResolutionApprovingConsentAgenda”,wasintroduced.Uponrollcall,withCouncilmember
## Ranftabstaining,andallothersinfavor,theResolutionwasdeclaredpassedandadopted.A
completecopyofResolutionNo.2026-88iscontainedintheCityAdministrator’sbookentitled
Council Resolutions 26.
## HospitalPurchase–River’sEdgeCEOPaulaMeskanexplainedthatthehospital’scurrentrobot,
purchasedin2019,wasbeingusedmorefrequentlyandwascreatingschedulingconflictsas
additionalsurgeonsbeganusingthetechnology.Meskannoted,withapproval,thehospitalwould
purchaseoneadditionalrobot,withananticipatedsecondrobotpurchasewithin6months.
## Meskanalsonotedtherewererebatearrangementstiedtothejointreplacementcomponent
spending and were expected to offset the cost.

separategovernmentalentity.Theagreementisintendedtoguidewatershed-relatedworkover
thenext10yearsandmayprovidefutureopportunitiesforstormwatertreatmentandrelated
projects. Annual City costs are expected to be modest.
