Peter was conducted in the Governors’ Room of the Community Center.

## DirectorPeteMoulton,RecreationandLeisureServicesDirectorRyanYunkers,Sustainability
and Communication Coordinator Corree Johnson, and City Engineer Jeffrey Domras.
## ApprovalofAgenda–AmotionwasmadebySharstrom,secondedbyWeisenfeld,toapprove
the agenda. With all in favor, the agenda was approved.
## ApprovalofMinutes–AmotionwasmadebyJohnson,secondedbySharstrom,toapprovethe
minutesoftheJuly27,2026regularCityCouncilmeeting.Withallinfavor,theminuteswere
approved.AcompletecopyoftheminutesoftheJuly27,2026regularCityCouncilmeetingis
contained in the City Administrator’s book entitled Council Proceedings 20.
## Visitors–MaryJoKnutsonfromMinnesotaRecreationandParksAssociation(MRPA)awarded
theCityofSaintPeterwithtwo2025AwardsofExcellenceincludingoneawardinMarketing&
## Communicationsforthe“AnEveningWith”AuthorSeries,andoneawardinthePark&Facility
category for Phase 1 of the Gorman Park Improvement Project.
## ConsentAgenda–InmotionbySharstrom,secondedbyWeisenfeld,ResolutionNo.2026–132
entitled“ResolutionApprovingConsentAgenda”,wasintroduced.Uponrollcall,withallinfavor,
theResolutionwasdeclaredpassedandadopted.AcompletecopyofResolutionNo.2026-132
is contained in the City Administrator’s book entitled Council Resolutions 26.
## McKinstryMOUAcceptance–SustainabilityandCommunicationsCoordinatorJohnson
reviewedtheMemorandumofUnderstanding(MOU)asano-costPreliminaryEnergyand
## SustainabilityEvaluationofCityfacilitiesandoperations.JohnNeville,RegionalDirectorof
## McKinstry,addressedtheCouncilregardingthedetailsoftheevaluation.CityAdministrator
## PrafkesharedthatifapprovedMcKinstrywouldreporttotheCouncilataWorkshop,todiscuss
before going to a regular meeting for final approval, next steps and bidding.

requeststatingitwassimilartorequestsfrompreviousyears.Prafkerequestedapprovalofthe
assistance request.

foraOn-sale,Sunday,andOff-SaleLiquorLicenses.Prafkerequestedapprovalofthelicenses.
## InmotionbyJohnson,secondedbySharstrom,theResolutionNo.2026-135entitled“Resolution
## ApprovingNewLicenses”wasintroduced.Uponrollcall,withallinfavor,theResolutionwas

cooperation with the ongoing sealcoating project within the City.
## RecreationandLeisureServicesDirectorYunkerssharedupdatestoelectrichookupsatthe
Riverside Park – Mill Pond Campground.
## Therebeingnofurtherbusiness,amotionwasmadebySharstrom,secondedbyJohnson,to
adjourn. With all in favor, the motion carried, and the meeting adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
