5. Account Balance Report -- Lodging Tax Account - $66,493 on May 1 and $61,349 on May 31, according to bank
statements and a verified report
6. Grant Request - 2026 Rock Bend Folk Festival – All Rock Bend Folk Festival grants and reports are resolved,
which means this event is eligible for 2026 grant consideration. Organizer is requesting the amount of $5,000. All
expenses appear to be eligible and to have met the threshold amount. Organizer is using advance video creation as
a promotion tool, which has been acceptable by precedent and reaffirmed through discussion at April 2026 meeting.

7. Grant Final Report – Mankato Ballet Company – 2026 Dorothy performance at Saint Peter High School
auditorium. All Mankato Ballet Company grants and final reports from the past are resolved. Organizer’s
promotional expenses are well documented and, albeit unique, appear to be eligible. Final payment to Mankato
Ballet would be $1,500. Pages 13 to 18
8. Grant Final Report – River’s Edge Hospital – 2026 Bicycle Safety Rodeo – All River’s Edge grants and final reports
are up to date. River’s Edge’s promotional expenses appear to be well documented and eligible. Final payment to
River’s Edge would be $750. Pages 19 to 24
9. Visit Saint Peter website – Carving out time to discuss creation of this dedicated website, which Board members
say the design could be based upon a website that is very well liked. Board members are bringing examples and
have been encouraged to do some homework on this project to express what they like. Visit Red Wing website

10. Grant Request – Auto Restorers of Southern Minnesota – 2026 Car Show – This event has happened each year
for decades; this is the first time organizers have requested a grant. Request is for $5,000. Application states “new”
events are eligible for up to $1,000 and established events are eligible events are eligible for up to $5,000. If
approved, initial grant payment amount would be $500 or $2,500. Pages 27-31
