Roll call was taken with members Fredrickson, Keri Johnson, Ayan Omar, Bob Southworth, and Cory Abels present. Member Josh Weisenfeld was absent. Member Nate Newhouse arrived at 12:09 pm. City staff present was ## Community Development Director Ben Baker, Community Development Specialist Hayden Lacher, Community Development Specialist Laura Sunnarborg, and Finance Director Perry Solheim. ## Approval of Agenda A mot ion was made by Johnson, seconded by Abels to approve the agenda as presented. All members voting aye, the agenda was approved. ## Approval of Minutes A mot ion was made by Omar, seconded by Johnson to approve the minutes from the February 26, 2026 meeting. All members voting aye, the minutes were approved. ## Status of CBD Renovation/ Accessibility Enhancement Loans for: ## •301 S. Minnesota Avenue (River Rock Coffee Building), and ## •401 S.
