Notable Quotes (3)
Uh my understanding of what went on when he sold the property, he was told by the previous owner that he was allowed to do this. And then we allowed him to build there. And then when we went we started looking at the old covenants and restrictions and stuff, we found out that no, it wasn't as it was said. And that's why we had advised him and the planning commission and the planning clerk advised him to meet with all the homeowners.
Yes, just the fact that it was out of your association. So, it still was >> was set up for four town homes. >> Yes. >> Okay. And now that's got to be changed because it's building. Cuz yeah, we've had >> that's the plan. >> Good meetings about the building and all that. So, we're Good. Well, okay. Well, I'm glad to hear that.
The source was coming from underneath the foundation of the original building, which was unusual cuz we had done it or they had done quite a few soil borings all around. So, it must be springs up in that area and it's just kind of been persisting into the new area.
