The first item is a change order in the amount of $3,997.96 to Elcore Construction for time of material work completed as part of the Second Avenue Northwest Extension project. This work was necessary to adjust the hydrant following a staking error identified on June 10th, 2026. Corrective work was completed on June 12th, 2026. That's item one. As per the approved 2026 capital equipment plan and the 2026 budget, the S770 skid steer is being recommended for replacement. Cost replacement for the skid steer with the L95 is 107,14389 which includes a box blade. We'll be trading in the S770 to Bobcat a value of 425. Bring the final cost down to 64,64389. We are adjusting our capital equipment purchase to stay within the allocated budget for the year. We are using state contract pricing with source well through Sco Bobcat. Recommend using our local dealership for this purchase. Council action requested will be to approve or deny the purchase of the L95 compact wheel. Questions or discussion? I would like to just explain one thing. We have a long time talked about getting something that we can do culde-sacs with. We have the tractor we use in southeast, but northeast we have most of our complaints and we're using pickups and you just can't do. So, we have talked for quite a while. We've mentioned leasing a loader or something. Uh it was a group decision with all the guys down there to push the tractor back this year to next year and get this purchase. Now, uh we wouldn't be adding necessarily a piece of equipment. we'd be getting a more expensive piece of equipment, but it would replace one of our skid steers, so we're not adding more equipment, and it would help take care of that issue. We demoed it and tried it out, and the guys were very happy. Just as a further discussion, you and I had that day here in the office here a week ago. Did you ever take it back to them about looking at a tele handler that you could use and get rid of the bucket truck and still plow, you could put a man cage on, and do all the work? >> They're a lot more expensive. >> Well, I understand.
