Consideration of CUP and variances. >> Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 5th to consider one, the conditional use permit request for an addition and renovation to the existing Sterling Heights Public Library. Libraries are conditional use in the PSP zone as indicated by section 1365.04. Two is a variance request for exceeding the rear and side yard. Listed rear yard setback is 50, side yard is 25. The proposed rear yard will be 39. Proposed east side yard will be 14. Variance request for providing fewer than required number of parking spaces. The proposed building expansion results in a minimum number of required parking spaces equaling 28 and the proposed site plan provides for 19. Planning Commission has recommended approval based on the following finding of facts, which will all be on record. I don't know if everybody wants me to read them all or not. Which then any repairs to it is split three ways also. And it's worked really good so far with what we're doing and stuff. So And then the other thing is we did get our final MS4, which was supposed to start the beginning of the year. So now we have a June 2nd, I think. Uh sitting on becoming the the storm sewer system. Um and it's going to change a lot of things that we have to do things. So as far as the storm water reporting and upkeep. So you ready for that? I guess we'll have to be.
