The review was held on July 13th with the Adamsons, Jason Cappas from GQ, and HOA property owners. Following the presentation of the project and the updated covenants, all attendees expressed their agreement and support for the project as presented. So, the planning commission reviewed the plan at their August 4th meeting and recommending approval. I will now close the regular meeting and open the public hearing. And as of now, Labor Day being later, you guys can have input on this. Usually Labor Day would be the 31st this year and we're staffed till then for sure. It gets tough because they start school during the week, but we might be able to just have evening open for that one We're kind of going through that right now. The last two weeks we've been piecing together with sports. Um it would have been every day we go to Labor Day. This year it's the same timeline, it's just Labor Day's a week later.
