Paula Steele, Director of Finance, presented the final 2025 payable 2026 property tax levy for certification. The recommended amount is $72,955,573.6, representing an $8.6 million increase from the 2025 taxes. This increase is primarily driven by a $10 million voter-approved capital project levy from November, offset by a $1.4 million decrease in LTFM debt service. Once approved, this certification will be forwarded to Ramsey County to process property tax statements and will fund the district’s operations for the 2026-27 school year, following a successful truth in taxation hearing.
