Motion passed. ## Jebens-Singh, McGuire, McMurtrey, Miller, Moran, Ortega, and XiongAye: ## ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS 3. ## Amendment to the Administrative Code to Increase Settlement Authority2026-144 ## Sponsors: Board of Commissioners 1.Amend Administrative Codes 3.40.21 and 4.03.40 to raise the settlement authority of the Ramsey County Enterprise Risk Manager and the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office Civil Division from $15,000 to $50,000. 2.Amend Administrative Codes 3.40.21 and 4.03.40 to raise the settlement authority of the Ramsey County Manager, Ramsey County Chief Financial Officer and Ramsey County Attorney, or their designees (jointly delegated authority) from $30,000 to $100,000. 3.Amend Administrative Codes 3.40.21 and 4.03.40 to raise the settlement authority of the Ramsey County Board via closed meeting from above $30,000 to above $100,000.
