[music] [0:21] I've been running this league since 2012 [0:24] and uh just an extension of our summer [0:27] league originally, but it kind of turned [0:29] into a uh a good community event for [0:32] [music] like the whole disc golf, you [0:33] know, community in in the in the Twin [0:35] Cities. I've never [music] in 13 years [0:38] of running this have ever cancelled a [0:40] league because of the weather. So, it's [0:43] [music] sometimes there's 80 players [0:45] here and sometimes there might be 15, [0:48] but there's always we're always out [0:50] here. It's uh it's held twice a month [0:53] [music] uh through November through [0:55] March. So, there's about 10 events [0:57] through the year. We bring out different [1:00] [music] baskets and extend the course [1:02] and gives us a lot of ability to to use [1:04] the rest of the park throughout the [1:06] year. There's a huge um community here [1:08] at Hansen like that maintain the the [1:10] course and that are constantly I mean I [1:13] think we have the best teapads in this [1:15] in the cities to be honest as far as [1:17] maintaining the actual teapads. [1:21] Great way to get outside and do some [1:22] exercise. Um you know I've been playing [1:25] with a lot of these guys for years some [1:27] decades. [1:29] >> So it's one of the best I I would say uh [1:32] run run leagues in [music] the in the [1:33] whole state. I've traveled all over the [1:35] world to play disc golf and it's one of [1:36] one of the the great hobbies [1:39] um around [music] as far as you know the [1:42] people the community throwing things [1:44] through the air. I mean it's fun. [1:47] >> Make it fun for everyone. A platform for [1:49] fun is what I say. So it's like I make [1:51] sure that people know if they come here [1:54] it's they're you're going to have a good [1:56] time.
