## RATIFICATION OF THE 2025-2027 SEIU LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES AGREEMENT The District has reached a tentative agreement with Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local No. 284, representing the licensed practical nurses of the district for the contract period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027. The membership of the LPN group voted and ratified the agreement. The proposed settlement is a two-year agreement covering the years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. The terms and conditions of the agreement include a 3% increase to the salary schedule in the first year of the contract. For year 2, the wage scale will collapse and have a base rate of $26.50 for non licensed Health Associates and will add a license differential of $4.00 for those that hold an LPN license and $4.75 for those that hold an RN license. The district contribution towards medical insurance had no increase for year 1 and for year 2, a district contribution increase for employees on the Health Savings Plan increased from $730 to $787 for Single and from $1680 to $1848 for family Year 2 will also add a 3 year longevity step of $0.50/hour Additional contract language was added and updated to reflect current and best practices. Therefore, the Director of Human Resources recommends the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of Independent School District No. 622 that the 2025-2027 Licensed Practical Nurses, Local 12 Agreement be approved. ## MOTION: ## SECOND:
