2025 Event Recap and 2026 Event Schedule Planning

Autumn Arts Festival was awesome. and we doubled the number of vendors, did a last minute switch and had it go off really well. There was no major hiccups.

Amanda and I have um budget surplus for next year from what we're anticipating for the guided art nights...was taking some of that budget and using it for art like having someone come in and run an activity.
The purpose here is to ensure the project ideas are well conceived by by us. The second phase, the approvals to ensure that city staff are on board with the with the idea.
I think I would prefer just like a formal e email because some unless some ideas get thrown around in a meeting that unless you guys say like Jordan go look or look into this sometimes I don't know if it's something I need to follow up on.
It seems to me that that legal review that is something that would come like at after 1.3... So what if we added that just a note in that on 1.4 so after ACC meetings key elements of project reviewed by uh city staff liaison with council leaison city staff and legal if needed.
But let's think of this too as a really like a dynamic document so we can you know we can think about it as we go with the project in 2026 and say okay let's think about how this is moving through the process. Are we doing what we need to do here?
