He that's what he said. And I went through holy hell about 10 years ago. And mayor, you might have been on the planning commission when the change in the classification of the lakes was put into the uh record of ordinances. And uh what happened then is that they changed and it was correct per the state, but they should have done some research that uh there's only six people on the lake. And so the change that was implemented, it would have been nice for someone to have given six people a call for this dramatic change. And that is the setback from 75 ft to 150 ft, which meant if that was going to be the the uh new ordinance would have meant that uh the setback would be in my front yard.

Yeah, that's a fine grade, but when you have a bank at about a 25 degree angle with snow on it melting, water goes down on that sidewalk. I've never noticed that before in my 50 years of living here, but how something that they did caused a problem.

And maybe you could put in the uh newsletter that it's not nice to park over a sidewalk. And on Chisum Avenue last week, I'm driving home and there is a trailer with its tongue on the boulevard from the house totally blocking the sidewalk.

if it's on the property we take it. If it's on the road, the police take it.
