The sale date is expected to be April 15th um the par amount of the bonds is about 6.74 million and there are multiple purposes for the issuance including again the street reconstruction um portion there's also uh water utility portion sanitary sewer portion and storm sewer portion.
I think we typically include a 10-year call um and then again that's the earliest that you would be able to either refinance with better interest rates and or um pay off all or a portion of the bonds.
