If they don't say in their initial uh request for the facility that they're going to have alcohol, but alcohol is found on the site, and this is bolded here, the city with will withhold the full rental deposit. You don't get it backed.
Is it in the contract that states it could take up to four, six weeks? And if it's not, I recommend putting that in there that way, hey, we've communicated.
The conveyance of the HA property is hereby approved and staff are authorized and directed to execute all documents and take all appropriate measures to convey the HA property.
