[Music] I'm Joe he is not my name is Joe yeah nice to meet you your average Joe Joe goth Joe goth superintendent Joe Jo Jo Joe goth he is not n n n n your average superintendent goth goth nice to meet [Music] you well everything's new for me so I get to experience it like many of our students coming for the first time our fam is experiencing it we have many new staffs I am grateful that these children have Role Models like you all to look up to to lead St Paul Public Schools is is truly an honor and I'm uh really committed to the invested stakeholders that we have to work together with them for our kids I've seen firsthand how much our great City values its Public Schools St Paul Public Schools is trying some new things it's a team effort we're a community and we do that we all do this for [Music] children it's these students that inspire me every day and over the last year I've met with staff parents and community members who have shared their hopes and dreams for their children we're all in this together and I know that we will will come back stronger than ever we know that we can adjust we can come together to support our Learners and we can innovate everyone in this room and everyone in this city has a choice we can spectate or we can participate we can watch or we can work this is our plan and I want to thank you for your commitment to our students how can we strengthen our schools our relationships how can we engage in a way that's really great for kids and great for our community that's really the goal our mission in SPS is to inspire students to think critically pursue their dreams and change the world remember that all of you no matter what you do will have an impact on student learning [Music] oh
