[Music] ensuring the safety of our communities and preventing violence remains a top priority for us we've made significant investments in developing our appropriate responses initiative to engage a wider range of options for emergency responses to those in need that's because not all 911 calls are the same sometimes a traditional Public Safety response is best while other times providing a mental health professional a community responder or public health worker might be a more appropriate response we are focused on Resident well-being and working closely with community members and agency leaders to transform and co-design our 911 response plan
