[Music] Ramy county maintains an ongoing partnership with the state of Minnesota to establish a modern and responsive Human Services System this system empowers our residents in need to apply for and receive financial assistance for things like Child Care Health Care and food in our commitment to enhancing the well-being of our residents we're making strategic Investments this year to further improve access to assistance this includes bolstering our call center and service centers additionally we are proactively reconfiguring our case load structure to better cater to the unique needs of our communities by implementing this new approach we are effectively dismantling barriers that have historically hindered residents in need
