## Roseville Police Department Case Narrative for RV26016147 (05/22/26 12:38)Printed on June 3, 2026 ## Primary Report By Erin Reski, 05/22/26 12:38 failed complaince check Case #RV26016147 ## Typed By Erin Reski On 5/21/26, myself along with other members of the of the Community Action Team were conducting alcohol compliance checks throughout the city of Roseville. Also, with us was our underage compliance checkers. The checker was in possession of their MNDL which is oriented vertically. It should be noted the compliance checker's driver's license is orientated vertically indicating they are under 21 years of age. Under 18 and under 21 indicators are displayed below the picture. UNDER 21 UNTIL, with appropriate date, displays as white text in a red bar. This driver's license / identification card orientation was implemented by The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Driver and Vehicle Services in August of 2018. The intent of this particular change was to make it a quick reference that the cardholder is a minor. The checker entered Buffalo Wild Wings (1777 Co Rd B2 W). The checker asked for a strawberry Margarita, and was not asked to show ID. The employee that served the underage checker was identified by MN DL as Lindsay Hoppe. Once the checker was given the alcohol, they advised me of the sale. I then entered Buffalo Wild Wings and asked for the manager who was identified as Christopher Anderson. I then identified myself as a police officer and showed him my Police ID and advised Anderson that Hoppe had just served a person under 21. I also spoke with Hoppe who admitted that she served our checker, as she thought she recognized her from Lucky 13's. Photos of the purchase receipt and product have been uploaded to evidence.com I advised both that there will be information sent to them in a few week and that will include information on the fine that will need to be paid. Nothing further. Case RV26016147Page 1 of 1
