Hoffman: nothing to report Mitchell: I thought that there was a recommendation that Ms. Moermond’s recommendation was to forfeit and to forfeit. There was another where I have in the email where they said hey it’s going to be something different. Thought this part was gone. I thought it was a forfeit of $5k and then grant another 180 days.
