(File No. CG25Q4B2-1, Assessment No. 260146) ## Sponsors: ## Jost Reduce assessment from $154.06 to $143.04. No one appeared Staff report by Jillian Barden: the property owner was charged for three extra bags but there was only one extra bag at the property. staff reached out to FCC Environmental and they agreed the bag count was incorrect and stated we could reduce the bag count from three bags to one bag. Staff recommend reducing assessment to $143.04 Moermond: so recommended. Property owner showed up in person to the Public Council hearing on June 17, so the file was pulled from the assessment roll. The property owner is not disputing amount due, but thought going to a hearing is what grants her a payment plan or payment extension.
