Uh they have an event um scheduled. They are asking for an outdoor concert and event permit. Uh normally this would be under consent agenda except they are looking to go beyond the 10:00 normal ordinance uh time. Uh and while they are able to do that under this permit, it's beyond the normal ordinance limitations. So, we've placed it on the agenda for council under general business in case you want to discuss it. Staff has no opposition to it. They've in the past held multiple events that have gone past 10:00. There's no history of violations or concerns or issues with those events. Does anybody have anything they want to discuss about this or No concerns at this point. I don't know if there's a way to communicate. There's a couple people who could potentially complain that approved it. Um, the residents that are within 500 ft get notified of this event. I was just out to Industrial Park Road. It certainly looks like a road. built down around the curve at this point and scheduled for that would be a couple weeks before what they were shooting for. Excellent. And once it's paved, that means the majority of traffic for the Niagara project can start utilizing the road once the base course is down and they have all of their aprons and area is poured and cured. So that will allow them to more earlier than expected remove the temporary construction. Excellent. Or at least pull the traffic off of it. Any complaints or anything coming in with the extended hours for pouring at all that we've received at city hall that have any merit? No. um the they've been really good about notifying us when they've been finishing up and typically it's between a little after seven and about 8:30 is when they're finishing up with their saw cutting um for the for the day. So, they've been staying within those hours. And I know from talking with the uh one of their lead supervisors on site, they're being very careful with regards to pore sizes and whatnot to make sure that they can finish up well within, you know, and they've got elbow room, so to speak, from a timing standpoint, so they can make sure they're done by 9. on the open market recourse of all blocks on Thursday next week. Um, this came out in an email update to council, but we received eight building permits for single family homes today from LAR. Um, we expect more to come in the near future, but staff said they just started rolling in today. So, um, and with LAR acquiring lots in town, we had expected that they would start being aggressive with regards to marketing and and construction. Appears that they are. Perfect. Beautiful. Anything from parks? Uh, nope. Okay. CC, we met last week, hashed out the details for the Halloween event, which you can sign up for now. And I know the date is October 26th. And what are the hours on that again? 10 to noon. So, it's like a 10 o'clock run, 11 o'clock run. Um, yeah. at the school. And are you doing the businesses do doors again? Yes. Yes.
