Call to order. Start with the pledge. You have to call to order as well, Josh. Uh, I call the EDA meeting to order as well. To the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all. So this morning uh we had scheduled a special meeting of both the city council and the EDA. There is overlap obviously in membership between the two the five voting members of the EDA are also the five voting members of the city council. Um the purpose of the meeting today was to consider um the transfer or assignment of the purchase agreement for the Shea properties in the downtown to the EDA because and then the EDA to accept that and then um act on the mortgage documents um associated with with that. Um we had scheduled that as you know these meetings last week in anticipation of having this done. However, just due to timelines and trying to get all the documents put together as well as having staff out for um uh personal reasons, uh we weren't able to hit the mark. We anticipate we need today to get everything wrapped up. It's largely complete, but that means that we would need to take action. The scheduling is still closed for tomorrow afternoon. We want to be able to hit that mark for the closing on the properties. So, what we would be recommending to the city council and the EDA is to continue today's meeting. And the reason we're doing a continuence is if we need to schedule it again, it's a special meeting. We'd have to have the 3-day notice, but we can continue um today's meeting to a specific date and time. So, we would be recommending to the council and the EDA to continue today's special meeting to 7 o'clock tomorrow morning, June 12th, 7:00 a.m. Um, and if we have, but we need to make sure that we have a quorum for that. So, of the voting members of the EDA, we need to have three because we have five voting members. And same with council. And so, do we have a quorum of folks that would be able to be here at 7:00 a.m. tomorrow morning? I will. Okay. So, we have three. City attorney, are you okay with that? Absolutely. Okay. So, at this point, we would recommend a motion by the council. Yep. By council to continue to June 12th at 7 o'clock a.m. So, we need to take that action. Then, we can do the a similar action for the EDA. So we had a motion motion to re continue till tomorrow morning 7 a.m. Second. Do you do the EDA one simultaneously? No, we do one back to back. Okay. Okay. All in favor? I I opposed. And then uh does anybody want to make a similar motion for the EDA to continue tomorrow at 7 a.m.? Some moved. Second. Uh any further discussion? All in favor? I post. Motion carries. Right. Thank you. And then we just need motions to adjourn each meeting. Motion to adjour. Can I get a motion to adjourn city council meeting? So moved. Second. Second. In favor? I. Uh and I'll take a motion to adjourn the EDA. So moved. Second. All in favor? I
