Um I will in this particular situation the reason as you know we're doing this is the business unbeknownst to us um changed their name mid year um and became a different legal entity. Technically they should have come to the city and had the city approve the change in the legal name because they became for change their liquor license because it is a new liquor license. It did not come up based on the paperwork. They even filled out with the initial application until we submitted to the state where they found that there was a discrepancy between the two. Um staff has worked really hard this week to try and resolve it. They've changed their name names a couple times this week and got it all worked out finally so we could make sure that their license renews. It's all finally put together.
