--- title: 20260713_CullenBoardReport --- ## CE Director’s Message: ● Summer CE programming continues and things are progressing well. ● Mother Nature has disrupted a few nights of summer ball and we have already used up our scheduled raindates. Hopefully the weather will work with us the remainder of the summer. ● Fall planning is underway for activities and the Fall brochure is progressing well at this point. Thanks to Andi and Elise for their help! ● The leg extension machine is broken, like really broke. I will be exploring replacement options. ## Operations Director’s Message: ● I am super excited for the opportunity to serve our students and staff with this additional role. ● We have hired Adam Haller to be our Assistant Director - he is rocking it! ● The track project is on schedule at this point. ● Painting of The Den, AC3 and AC4 dugouts are underway. ● The new JES holding pond fence has been fixed. ● We are working to fix things that are currently down and also on the preventative maintenance at schools so our equipment is functioning properly. We will be documenting the preventative maintenance moving forward to track history and to make sure it’s being done. ● Working with Ziegler to get the JHS Generator repaired. ## Preschool, ECFE and Kids Co: ## Preschool: ● Waitlist at 8 for M-F full day class ## ECFE: ● Just wrapped up well attended summer ECFE classes ## ○ Mixed Ages ○ Babies ● Will look to hire Parent Educator ## Kids Co: ● Summer has been going well at JES ● Fall registration has started
