why penalize certain districts and reward other districts just because they eight years ago were they beat us to filling out some paperwork it just doesn't make right long-term sense if equity is your your goal absolutely.

I know there's been actually a lot of dialogue and if I'm not mistaken there's even language saying School District need to have a policy I don't know that it's prescriptive and what that looks like but this would certainly meet that expectation from an msba perspective is that 100%...
