[0:03] Welcome back to the dig where we give
[0:05] you all the dirt on the latest
[0:06] developments happening in Shakabe. Today
[0:09] we're heading south to 17th [music]
[0:11] Avenue where new connections are taking
[0:13] shape through two private development
[0:15] projects.
[0:18] 17th Avenue is being extended through
[0:20] the Palamino Trail and Bluff View
[0:22] developments. The section of 17th Avenue
[0:25] through Pelamino Trail has already been
[0:27] paved and is planned [music] to be
[0:28] extended all the way to Zumbro Avenue by
[0:31] the end of 2025. The timeline on this
[0:34] extension to Zumbro Avenue will depend
[0:36] on weather and construction conditions.
[0:39] Looking ahead to 2026, the road will be
[0:42] extended further to the west plat
[0:44] boundary, allowing new development and
[0:46] continued growth on the city's south
[0:48] side. Each phase of work helps improve
[0:51] connectivity and prepares the area for
[0:53] the new developments. The Bluff View and
[0:55] Palamino Trail developments will bring
[0:57] 330 new single family homes to the area
[1:00] as Shakape continues to grow. And that's
[1:03] the dig. Want to know what else is being
[1:05] built in Shakabe? Visit
