[0:05] Welcome back to the dig where we give
[0:07] you all the dirt on the latest
[0:09] developments happening in Shakabe. Today
[0:11] we're on Tyrone Drive near Eagle Creek
[0:13] Boulevard where the brand new Kani Hills
[0:15] Park is being constructed.
[0:18] This new park will serve residents of
[0:20] the Summergate development, Emblem
[0:22] Apartments, and other nearby
[0:23] neighborhoods. Due to the nearby power
[0:26] line easement, trees and tall structures
[0:28] cannot be placed in the area. Instead, a
[0:31] meadow and pollinator habitat for
[0:33] supporting local wildlife and native
[0:35] plants will be created below the power
[0:37] lines. Outside of the easement, the park
[0:40] will include space for a playground,
[0:42] picnic area, and expanded trails for
[0:44] everyone to enjoy.
[0:46] Construction is currently underway and
[0:48] soon the neighborhood will have a new
[0:50] outdoor space for recreation,
[0:52] relaxation, and community connection.
[0:56] And that's the dig. Want to know what
[0:58] else is being built in Shakape? Visit
