Planninghada slightincreasedueto wageincreasesin 2027. Thebuilding inspectionexpenditureschangedduetocontractingratherthanhiringaninspector. Chief Lindbloomcoveredthepoliceexpenditures, whichis increasingdueto somecontracts increasingandtheimplementationof thesergeantposition. ChrisLissonwentoverthepublic works, streetsandparksexpenditures. TheSCOREfundinghasbeenreducedasthecounty doesthegrinding. Theparksexpenseshaveincreasedwithmoreirrigationsystems, portapottiesandgeneralmaintenance. Therehasbeena lotof timeandmoneyputintothe BACandit is gettingmanypositivecomments. BrandiiThomaswentthroughtheBCCbudget withcouncil. Thecombiningof positionsprovidedcostsavings. TheBeckerclothinglineis well receivedas arerentalsto bringin morerevenue. AdventureZoneprogramscontinueto grow; rateshavebeenincreasedto comparewithareaprograms. Themaintenanceof theBCCusually involvesbigticketitemslistedintheCIP. JacobSandersreviewedtheEDAbudgetasthiswill seesomechangeswithouta director/coordinatorinplace.
