The Presiding Officer reviewed the consent agenda, identifying eight items. Item two, concerning 'Trash hauler hours PDF' (Publication Ordinance 2025-13), was explicitly removed because it required a four-fifths vote and was not suitable for a consent agenda. Following this amendment, a motion was made and seconded to approve the consent agenda without ordinance 2025-13. The remaining seven items, including key approvals for a temporary liquor license for the Lake Elmo Rotary and various infrastructure contracts, were then approved unanimously.
