It also includes sealcoating the parking lot at Stonebridge Elementary, The District Transportation Facility and Oak-Land Middle School track. Construction costs for this project were estimated to be $449,600.00 and are part of the approved FY 2027 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance funding. Two bids were received on April 23, 2026, for the pavement rehabilitation project. The lowest responsible bidder is Minnesota Roadways Company from Shakopee, MN for a bid total of $383,885.00. Larson Engineering recommends them as the lowest responsible bidder. Administration is requesting a contract to be awarded to Minnesota Roadways Company for the 2026 School Pavement Rehabilitation project.
