I just mainly wanted to come down and express my appreciation for the city staff working with a legal team that well they're a legal team. They've uh put a lot of requests in for us kind of outside of our standard operation. Um Kim has done a fantastic job dealing with them and I really just wanted to say that I appreciate that. I think there's just one little extra part. We have to get like a registration saying that we've registered with the the city to be the cannabis business that we are. Um, but that's all I'm sure in process. Um, but I just wanted to say that I really appreciate all your work and appreciate the council for kind of having some faith and trust in us and giving us the opportunity um to make that happen for our family and for the neighborhood. So, I really do appreciate it and uh that's all I really wanted to say was thank you guys. So, thanks. >> Thank you. >> Is there any further public comment? Seeing if there is none, we'll go to article 4 or section 4 unfinished and new business. A consideration of resolution number 2025-04 2026 preliminary budget. Uh we've all received uh from Kim uh and uh Joanie a significant amount of paperwork over the last month uh or especially in the last week uh showing us uh approximately where we're stand uh with what in prior years we've spent uh whether we were over or under budget uh that type of thing. Um we've got a pretty good idea as to what our increased costs are going to be. um most significantly being the fire department which is approximately $7,000 plus dollars uh in addition to what we normally pay them. So with that general summary has everybody had a chance to examine the documents that were given to us concerning the budget. I assume that since I'm not hearing anything that everybody has um the preliminary budget in the resolution calls for a plate city budget for 2026 the amount of uh $234,264 $4. Is there any discussion concerning this resolution? Since there is no discussion, uh uh Kim, is it necessary for me to read the whole resolution and >> Oh, no. We talked about this maybe some other meetings, but um we're still up and running and we're getting everything fixed. So, no no problems there. We did get the um we had to revise our 2026 budget and we'll be going back through the five cities again looking for approval which will probably be next month and that's all I have. >> I have nothing. >> Uh yeah, good set of record. Um, I've done, you know, during the since our June 5th or whatever it was, uh, last meeting, um, I have done some work as far as cutting brush back along the sides of the road. And I think I've covered most everybody's road except for maybe one up on the upper third um, where it joins Coyote. Um, as well as, uh, replacing a signpost at the intersection of Second Street North and Lakeland Shores Road and filling in the potholes that people continue to make uh, as they turn into Lakeland Shores Road by driving off the road. And I've done my best to fill those with whatever asphalt material I could get from Menards, and it seems to be holding up all right. Beyond that, u there doesn't seem to be, you know, no news is good news as far as I'm concerned. Kim must be handling it all, not telling us about it. And therefore, um I have nothing further to add.
