Washington County had formally requested to extend their work hours for the County Road 38 resurfacing project that's uh, scheduled for later this summer. Uh, it'll be likely starting end of July and then running into uh, October. Uh, typically our our work hours are 7 to 7 Monday through Friday. and uh contractors or applicants may request uh uh work hours directly from the council for any weekend work. Uh the county had requested work on Saturdays between the hours of 7 and 7.

And I will mention that this is a resurfacing project. So, it's it's limited excavation equipment. So, it is really, you know, removing the pavement, ensuring that the subgrade is in good condition, and then repaving. So, it is it's a lesser scope than a lot of the uh city reconstruction projects that we've been working on lately.

I just want to emphasize your your comment that it's not going to be any deep excavation. So there's not going to be any likeliness to encounter rock that needs to be blasted. So it's just going to be typical um trucks, trailers, excavators. That would be my expectation. Yes. So I think that gives us a better opportunity to allow this.
