[0:18] I live in an apartment,so this is really nice [0:21] to come out here,and just kind of let her run. [0:24] So we're having a great day. [0:26] We ended up with this locationhere. [0:28] It's about four acres.I think it's kind of unique. [0:31] We were able to squeezeit right in a residential area. [0:33] This is ownedby Marathon Refinery. [0:36] This was heavily wooded, [0:38] a lot of buckthornand invasive species. [0:41] We spent almost a yearkind of clearing it [0:44] out, getting ridof a lot of the invasives. [0:47] I think it's great. [0:48] I mean, it's really quiet [0:50] and it's nice to have a parkjust right down the street. [0:53] We've got a large dog areawith a water hydrant available. [0:57] We don't have, a specific limiton the size for the dogs [1:01] in the small dog area, butit is intended for smaller dogs. [1:05] There's bags available here. [1:06] Garbage to drop off any waste. [1:08] There's trailsto walk around the outside. [1:11] There's some benches, [1:13] so you can just kind of sitand let your dog run. [1:16] And, it's not overly complicated. [1:19] It's really clean and tidy, too,which is nice. [1:22] And I like that [1:23] there's the trails alreadyset here for you to walk on. [1:26] The hours of the dog parkare sunrise till sunset. [1:29] Your dog that needsto be licensed with a city, [1:33] and then a max of two dogsper person in here. [1:37] Kids need to be accompanied [1:38] with an adultand then no toys for the dogs. [1:41] And the reason for thatis to eliminate competition. [1:45] In my apartment, [1:46] we've probably got 12or 13 dogs in the apartment. [1:50] And, the word has kind ofspread around the building. [1:54] That this is a nice place,to just come and walk your dog. [2:01] Whetheryou're a Newport resident [2:02] or just passing throughwith your four legged friends. [2:05] The dog park is nowopen and ready for your pups.
