second by council member lren all in favor hi hi hi um next we have a summary from our last meeting of January 28th we had a closed session and Kevin can you give the update on that yes than thank you Madame mayor and members of the council as was noted at the end of the last council meeting we went into closed session for the uh annual performance review of city administrator Jacob r that was a closed session held pursuant to statute 13 d05 um and as we typically do uh recapping that here at the beginning of the this meeting as we said we would do at the last meeting uh members of the public will recall that back in early January uh or sorry early December we um discussed uh engaging in a what so-called 360 degree review of council me or uh City administrator re um and so we did gather input uh summarized that input from both the council members and department heads at the start of the close session it was essentially just me and the city council reviewing the summary of all that data and then after the council had reviewed the performance review data we brought in uh City administrator R to participate in the review as well uh and in short uh essentially a very positive glowing review for administrative RI uh nice job well done for 2024 and uh uh kudos to him for his uh first annual review thank you and thank you Jacob next is Council staff reports um I just had quite a few Zoom meetings and calls over the last couple of weeks and couple meetings coming up but some I can make and some I've asked for backup on um next is council member Johnson I have the Middle St Croy uh wmo meeting on Thursday otherwise I have nothing else to report thank you council member Lil jren uh I have the uh fire advisory meeting um next week um question Jacob do we have a finalized agenda for that she's supposed to send it out well she supposed to send it I knew we had one that was preliminary but I saw the preliminary one just because of being co-chair but um perfect yeah supposedly it's it's on its way but I I'll check okay sounds great thank you mayor uh council member run I am nothing CVB is not meeting this month and neither is cable TV well thank you next is City administrator R uh mayor council good evening uh just uh heads up here and for the Public's benefit too we are planning to potentially again this is just tenative our next meeting on February 25th um to cancel that so we'll wait till it gets closer to the meeting um but it looks like we we won't have um significant items to bring uh forward so I just want to give you a heads up thank you uh police chief Hansen good evening mayor and Council a couple of things we're excited to announce our social worker our embedded social worker program has started uh she's effectively yesterday was her first day on um this is a coordinated Venture with Washington County uh so she's doing a lot of onboarding still so right now she's kind of half in half out at our city um still catching up on everything and then uh be fully implemented probably by the beginning of next month um with Sergeant's walk and then just another awesome acknowledgement here we've had a long-term employee Sandy Cruz front us she just hit 38 years as of yesterday with the city of O Park Heights that might be our longest serving employee I think I might be wrong on that but so it's pretty awesome and then um our new Squad patrol truck that is at the dealership I was just informed so we're hoping to take delivery of that in the next couple of days or early next week and then we'll get it upfitted with all the equipment uh so probably a couple weeks maybe three till it's on the road that's it thank you very much uh next is assistant City uh administrator Pinsky mayor council one item for you this evening Services Incorporated for Construction Services associated with wall number three and pump house project in an amount not to exceed $160,000 Jacob y mayor council uh good evening this is the uh Next Step here in our well 3 project uh as you're all familiar with the well 3 project uh we're getting ready to get underway uh the well drilling is anticipated to start uh late May early June uh with that we need specialized assistance from an inspection standpoint contract review surveys uh miscellaneous construction oversight um so we have a contract before you here with stantech uh the amount is a not to exceed amount at uh 160,000 uh this project too I should note uh the duration of the project is pretty significant we have the well port portion of it and then we have the pump house portion so we'll be starting hopefully this spring uh but construction is going to go through till summer of 26 so pretty substantial project that we have here so I am uh available for any questions
