The city is issuing all together based on the timing for the needs of the proceeds um as well as um savings on the bond issuance costs. for awarding a bond sale. The city has um taken the uh approach of a through parameters resolution. Um it avoids some of the issues that uh may be including the market volatility, unique or unusual circumstances of the bond structure or the timing for awarding of the sale.

Looking at the three different authorities and the breakdown of the 20 million um we're looking at a not to exceed um portion for the improvement bonds of 1.4 million for the sales tax revenue portion uh 11.8 million and then the CIP or the capital improvement plan portion of 6.8 again totaling 20 million.
